Ingredients

1 Lb butter

4 cups granulated sugar

10 oz can sweetened condensed milk

2 cups golden corn syrup

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large saucepan.Gradually bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook gently 20-30 min.,until mixture reaches the soft ball stage 250F (use candy thermometer).Pour onto 2 well buttered cookie sheets. When set,cut into small pieces and wrap in waxed paper,twist both ends closed.
