Ingredients
250g of cooked turkey finely chopped
250g of cooked ham finely chopped
200g of creme fraiche
200g of grated cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
dash of tabassco
olive oil
4-6 tortillas
Preparation
Mix the turkey, ham, creme fraiche, cheese salt and pepper and tabassco. Rub olive oil over one side of the tortillas and place on a baking tray. Spoon mixture over the tortilla and place another tortialla on top. Rub with olive oil and bake in the over at 170 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool before cutting. Serve with advocado or salsa dip.
