Ingredients
Swanson Chicken Broth
Chicken Thighs
Egg Noodles
Carrots, chopped
Celery, chopped
Fresh Parsley
Preparation
Bring half of broth to a boil. Add Chicken Thighs, fully cook, stirring occasionally. After fully cooked, pull chicken out and shred or pull using a fork (drag fork across meat). Put chicken back in broth. Add carrots, celery, and parsley. Once boiling, cook for about 10 minutes. Add the rest of the broth. Bring to a boil, then add egg noodles and cook per package instructions.
*try adding some dried thyme.
