Ingredients

2 Tablespoons butter

1 Tablespoon brown sugar

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

1 1/2 cup beef broth

1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper

1 Tablespoon ketchup 1/3 cup peanut butter

1 medium onion, chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan. Add onion, sauté until soft. Add broth and bring to boil. Add peanut butter, ketchup, sugar, garlic, pepper, salt, and mix well. Reduce heat. Cook uncovered over very low heat for 10 minutes. Makes 2 cups.
