Ingredients

1 Big CAULIFLOWER ( cut into flowerlets )

4 tablespoons Chickpeas Powder or Basen Powdwer

2 Teaspoons Chilli Powder

1 teaspoon Dry Mango powder

1 Teaspoon Rice Flour

2 teaspoons Salt

1 Tablespoon Garam Masala Powder

1 1/2 Cups Oil for Frying

Preparation

In a bowl mix salt, chilli powder, garam masala powder, dry mango powder. Add very little water to make a thick paste.Keep aside.

Wash & clean Cauliflower cut into flowerlets aking care not to cut off the stems.

Coat the cauliflower with the masala paste & keet it in the fridge for 1 hour.

Mix Chickpeas powder ,salt & rice flour with water into a thick but flowing consistency, Heat oil in a frying pan dip the flowerlets taking care nt to dip the stems (hold the stems in your fingers &then dip the flowerlets ) deep fry in oil serve with Tomato Sauce
