Ingredients
6 Large jacket potatoes
1 tbsp Plain flour
1 tsp Chilli flakes
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Vegetable oil
Preparation
Cut the potatoes in chunky wedges (leaving the skins on) and blanch them in salty water for 10 minutes.
Remove the potatoes and drain, leaving to cool.
Pre heat the oil in an oven proof dish.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, pepper, chilli and paprika. Toss in the potatoes and coat well.
add the potatoes to the pre heated dish and cover them in the oil and cook for a further 20-40 minutes until crispy and golden brown
