Ingredients
4 Ripe Avocados (California Haas if possible)
1/4 C light or fat free sour cream
Juice of 2-3 limes(depending on size)
1/2 of med sized red onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
1 large bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
2 Tsp Season Salt
Coarse ground black pepper
Preparation
Halve and pit the avocados-use tablespoon to remove the flesh and place into a mixing bowl. Use a fork to mash the avocados, but leave relatively chunky. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Cover tightly and refrigerate @ least 1 hour before serving.
