Ingredients
2 med ripe avocados
1 to 2 tablsp fresh lemon juice or lime juicfe to taste
1/2 cup finely chopped white onion
1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/3 cup finely chopped celery
1/3 cup finely chopped jicama
1/3 cup finely chopped carrots
1 tablsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp toasted ground cumin
1/2 tsp Braggs Liquid aminos ( optional)
1 jalapeno minced
1/4 cup each chopped cilantro and fresh tomato
Preparation
In a medium sized mixing bowl roughly masg avacados with lemon or lime juice, leaving small chunks. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine Serve immediately
