Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 15 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
For Icing
1 cup sifted confectioners sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp butter, melted
Preparation
Cream butter with a mixer. Add flour and brown sugar, mix to make a crumb mixture, like pea size. Press into a greased 15 x 10 in. pan. Bake at 350 F for 5 minutes. Cool! In a large bowl, mix the milk, crumbs, coconut, and walnuts till well blended. Spoon over the baked crust, spread this carefully to cover with a buttered spatula. Bake 350 F for 12- 15 minutes, until golden brown. While baking, mix the icing ingredients togther. When the bars come out of the oven frost warm. Cool, and cut into bars
