(1-lb.) loaf ciabatta bread

tablespoons honey-raspberry Dijon mustard

lb. sliced cooked Virginia ham (from deli)

leaves Bibb or Boston lettuce
1/4
cup thinly sliced red onion
Preparation
Cut bread in half lengthwise. Spread cut side of each half with mustard.
On bottom half of bread, layer ham, lettuce and onion. Cover with top half of bread. Cut filled loaf into 4 sandwiches.
