Ingredients

1/3 cup cider vinegar

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (1 to 2 medium lemons)

3 tblespoons water

2 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 !/2 teaspoons sugar

2 medium cloves garlic, minced or 1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients. Shake well and refrigerate.
