Ingredients

6 boneless, skinless chicken breast

1 cup cilantro

1 cup white wine vinegar

1/2 cup olive oil

1 Tbsp lemon

Preparation

Mix cilantro, lemon, vinegar and oil in the food processor or blender. Pour 1/2 into a shallow container. Place chicken breast in container. Pour remianing mixture over chicken. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. After marinaded, take chicken out and grill. The leftover mixture can be used to keep chicken moist when grilling.
