Ingredients
11/2 c. chopped cilantro(1-11/2 bunches)
1/2 c. chopped gr. onions
1/2 c. seasoned rice wine vinegar
1 T. sugar
2 t. kosher salt
1 jalapeno chopped ( remove seeds)
1/4 c. plus 1 T lime juice
2 t. minced garlic
1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation
Blend all but olive oil in blender then slowly add in oil to emulsify. may be made one day ahead. Add to salad 1/2 hr. before serving.
