Ingredients
1 lb. lump crab meat
6 ears fresh
sweet corn
1/2 lb. fresh snowpeas
6 tbsp. fresh cilantro
10 cherry tomatoes (halved)
4 tbsp. olive oil
4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. chilli dipping sauce
pepper to taste
Preparation
Boil the corn and cut if off the cob. Place in a large bowl. Add the snowpeas, halved cherry tomatoes to bowl. Add the lump crab meat and toss all ingredients together. In a separate bowl, add the olive oil, vinegar, sugar, cilantro and chilli dipping sauce. Add pepper to taste. Pour over ingredients and bowl and mix together. Enjoy!
