Ingredients

1 1/2 cups mixed fresh cilantro leaves and stems 

1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream 

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 

1 teaspoon olive oil 

pinch of cayenne pepper 

coarse salt 

Preparation

In a food processor, puree cilantro, sour cream, lime juice, 1 tablespoon water, and olive oil. Season with a pinch of cayenne pepper, if desired, and coarse salt.
