Ingredients

1 package of firm tofu

1 large lemon (or 2 smaller ones)

1 tbsp soy sauce

3 tbsps vegetable oil

1 scallion, diced

1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

pepper to taste

1 tsp hot sauce

Preparation

  1. Preheat the over to 400 degrees.

  2. In a blender, combine all ingredients except the Tofu. Process till smooth.

  3. Crumble the tofu into a large bowl, and pour the marinade over it. Let sit for 15 minutes.

  4. Transfer all the contents of the bowl onto a baking sheet.

  5. Cook at 400 degrees for 60 minutes, turning once halfway. The tofu should be browned and crispy when done.
