Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts;

8 cloves garlic, minced;

Juice of 3 limes;

1/2 bunch cilantro, coarsely chopped;

1/2 tsp. salt;

freshly ground pepper to taste

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large zip top bag. Place bag in large dish (to contain any potential leaks) in refrigerator and marinate for one hour and up to 4 hours. Grill on gas grill on medium low heat for 10 minutes on each side (or until no longer pink) turning only once.
