Ingredients

1 lb swordfish, at least 1" thick, cut into 2 8-ounce portions

Marinade:

A handful of cilantro, chopped finely

1 large clove garlic crushed

Juice of 1 lime, about 2 tbsp

1 scallion minced

1/2 tsp cumin

pinch of paprika

1-2 tbsp olive oil

s&p to taste

Preparation

Combine all marinade ingredients in small bowl. Pour over the fish, making sure to cover both sides with the marinade. Refrigerate 20-30 minutes. Grill for 10-12 minutes. Serve with a wedge of lime or chipotle pepper mayonnaise (on this site under member recipes)
