Ingredients
1/2 cup pine nuts
1 box silken tofu (firm)
2 cups fresh cilantro, washed and trimmed (leave stems on)
1 tablespoon Bragg Liquid Aminos (or substitute Tamari or light soy sauce)
3 tablespoons Red Star Nutritional Yeast
2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed or minced
Preparation
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator.
I like to put this on fresh salads or steamed veggies. Can also use as a sandwich or wrap spread. Keeps several days in the refrigerator.
