Ingredients

1 jalapeno seeded

1/2c pine nuts or pumpkin seeds

3 tsp. Garlic, minced

1/2c olive oil

3 bunches Cilantro (6 if small)

2Tbs. parmesan

1/2 tsp. salt

2 Tbs. shallots

Preparation

Combine jalapeno, pine nuts, garlic and salt in blender and chop

Add cilantro and cheese. Add more oil. If necessary, taste and adjust salt to your taste
