Ingredients

3 garlic cloves, peeled and coarsely chopped

2 cups fresh cilantro, lightly packed

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tbsp toasted sesame oil

2 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Place garlic and cilantro in food processor fitted with metal blade. With processor running slowly add oils, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Process until smooth.
