Ingredients
1 bunch broccoli
1/2 cup Vidalia onions
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 pound bacon, fried until crisp
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
Preparation
Wash and trim broccoli and cut into bite size pieces. Combine broccoli, onion, cheese, and crumbled bacon. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar and pour over broccoli mixture.
Let stand in fridge at least one hour before serving.
