Ingredients

3 cups corn flakes (or Kashi 7 whole grain flakes)

2 cups rice krispies

2 tbs coconut oil

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 cups slivered almonds

1 cup dried cranberries

2 tsp mango power (or 1 tsp coriander powder and 1 tsp cumin powder)

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp cayenne

1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 300 degrees

Combine the cereals and set aside.

Combine all other ingredients in measuring cup

Add the cereal mix and mix well. Add the nuts,

Place in baking pan for 8 minutes. Turn pan after 4 minutes.

Remove from the heat and cool completely.

Store in an airtight container.
