One-third cup oil

2 cups of flour

One-half tsp. salt

1 tbsp. baking powder

2 tsp. sugar

1 cup applesauce

1 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together soymilk eggs and oil Add vanilla In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients except for the applesauce Sift into egg mixture Add applesauce
