Ingredients

1 package Organic Puff Pastry

15 oz Low Fat Ricotta Cheese

1 tsp Homemade vanilla

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 c Organic sugar

1 package blueberries

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350*. Roll out pastry puffs. Cut six squares and then each square a triangle to have a total of 12 triangles. Place each triangle in a cupcake pan. In separate bowl, mix ricotta cheese, vanilla, cinnamon. Fold blueberries in mixture. Spoon ricotta mixture in each cupcake mold and bring the three sides of the pastry together and pinch so you have a bundle. Bake for 2 minutes or until the pastry puff is golden brown.
