Ingredients
2/3 cup full-fat plain yogurt (not Greek)
1/2 cup coconut water (such as Harmless Harvest)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for serving
Pinch kosher salt
2 tablespoons hemp-seed hearts
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 peeled, segmented clementine
Preparation
In a blender, yogurt, coconut water, cinnamon, salt, hemp-seed hearts, pineapple, and clementine. Purée until smooth; pour into glasses and serve with a pinch of cinnamon on top.
