Ingredients

1/2 pound Hy-Vee Blue Ribbon beef stew meat

Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste

2 tsp Grand Selections olive oil

1/2 c. teriyaki stir-fry sauce

1/2 c. Hy-Vee orange juice

1 (16 ounce) bag frozen Hy-Vee Oriental vegetables

3 c. cooked Hy-Vee linguine noodles

Preparation

Season meat with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add meat; sauté until browned, about 5 minutes.

Stir together stir-fry sauce and orange juice. Stir orange juice mixture and vegetables into meat. Cover. Simmer 9 minutes or until meat is cooked through. Serve with cooked linguine noodles.
