Ingredients

1/4 cup Stonecutter Spirits Single Barrel Gin (2 ounces) 

1 1/2 tablespoons Aperol (3/4 ounce) 

1 tablespoon sweet vermouth (1/2 ounce) 

1 tablespoon dry vermouth (1/2 ounce) 

Absinthe, for rinsing 

Orange peel and fresh cranberry, for topping 

Preparation

Stir together gin, Aperol, and sweet and dry vermouth with ice in a cocktail shaker for 8 to 12 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass rinsed with absinthe. Top with a skewered orange peel and fresh cranberry.
