Ingredients
4 salmon portions
1/2 cup of orange juice
1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
1 tablespoon fresh, finely chopped rosemary
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Place orange juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, chopped garlic, rosemary and pepper in a large bowl and mix well.
- Submerge salmon in mixture and refrigerate for 30 mins to an hour.
- Remove salmon steaks from marinade and place on baking dish.
- Bake for 8 - 10 mins per inch of thickness or to taste.
