Ingredients

6 perch pieces (1 piece per person about)

1 Lemon

1 Grapefruit (red preference)

1 Teaspoon of Vinegar

1 Teaspoon of Dill

1 Teaspoon of ground pepper

A dash of paprika

A dash of Cayenne pepper

Preparation

1-Get the zest from the lemon and grapefruit. Make sure you don’t get the white stuff between the fruit and the zest or it will be bitter. 2-Get the juice from the lemon and grapefruit and mix with the zest. 3-Add the remaining ingredient but the fish. 4-Mix well 5-Dip the fish in it 6-Cover and let marinate for as much as you want. I like 24h. 7-Cook at 350 for 60 mins
