Ingredients

Marinade:

10-15 Key Limes, Juiced

1/4 cup apple vinegar

2 tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

2 cloves Garlic, Minced

2 bay leaves, crumbled

2 tablespoons salt

1 tablespoon sugar

Thyme - fresh or dried

Parsely - fresh or dried

4 Chicken Breasts - boneless, skinless

Preparation

Mix all of the marinade ingredients together. Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour marinade over. Let the chicken marinade for at least 30 minutes or up to an hour.

Heat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken, only turning once, until juices run clear, about 15 minutes. Disgard marinade after use.
