Ingredients

cup red grapefruit juice, chilled
1/2 cup orange juice, chilled
1/4 cup simple syrup
1
bottle (750 ml) sparkling white wine or champagne, chilled
Red grapefruit or orange wedges or slices, if desired
Preparation
In pitcher, mix juices and syrup. Pour evenly into 5 tall glasses or champagne flutes. Add sparkling wine to fill glasses or flutes. Garnish with citrus wedges or slices. Serve immediately.
