Ingredients

4-Pork Lion butterfly Chops

1 Tbs oil

3/4in thick

1/4c sliced green onions

1Tbs orange peel

1/2C orange juice

1/4tsp dried basil

Preparation

Heat oil. Add onion and orange peel. Saute 3-4 min. Remove onion and peel. Add chops and brown on medium heat on both sides. Add orange peel, onions, orange juice and basil. Cover and lower heat. Cook about 10 minutes.
