Ingredients
1.5 T fresh lemon juice
2 T olive oil
1 T butter
1 T Dijon mustard
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 dashes cayenne
1 t basil
1 t dill
1 lb salmon filet
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine all ingredients except salmon in a medium saucepan over medium heat and bring to a low boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Wrap each piece of salmon in foil and pour sauce over salmon.
- Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until salmon is done
