Ingredients

1.5 T fresh lemon juice

2 T olive oil

1 T butter

1 T Dijon mustard

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 dashes cayenne

1 t basil

1 t dill

1 lb salmon filet

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Combine all ingredients except salmon in a medium saucepan over medium heat and bring to a low boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Wrap each piece of salmon in foil and pour sauce over salmon.
  5. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until salmon is done
