Ingredients

1 cup nonfat plain yogurt

1/2 cup of ice

1/2 banana

2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon organe juice concentrate

1 teaspoon grated organe zest

1/2 cup skim milk

2 large fresh strawberries, thinly sliced

Preparation

Blend all ingredients except strawberries in a blender or food processor until smooth. Top with berries and serve.
