Ingredients

12 lamb short ribs

Chinese 10-spice

1 cup Sweet Chili Sauce

1 cup Hoisin Sauce

1 Tbsp minced garlic

Cilantro to sprinkle on top

Sesame seeds to sprinkle on top

Preparation

Rub the ribs with Chinese 10-spice. Steam ribs for two hours or until the meat is almost falling off the bones. Blend the chili sauce, hoisin sauce and garlic. Paint the steamed ribs with the sauce and heat at 400 degrees uncovered 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro and sesame seeds.
