Ingredients
Yukon gold potato,cut in small cubes (1 per per person)
Clams with shells (5 per person)
Smoked chorizo (5- 1/4 inch slices per person)
Double-thick Aluminum foil
Salt
Smoked paprika
Preparation
Lay out a big square of foil. Cut a Yukon gold potato into small cubes and put them in the center, top with 5 clams and some chorizo.
Sprinkle with salt and smoked paprika. Fold foil over to cover and twist the ends to seal.
Place on a moderately hot grill and cook until the potatoes are tender 15 to 20 minutes.
