Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

1 medium onion minced

1 clove garlic minced

1 teaspoon chopped parsley

1 teaspoon oregano

1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs

2 (6 1/2 ounce) cans minced clams, drained (save juice from one can)

juice from one can of clams

1 tsp lemon juice

dash tabasco

1/4 pound mozzarella cheese grated

3 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated

Preparation

Melt butter in deep skillet and saute onion and garlic for a few minutes. Add parsley and oregano. Slowly stir in bread crumbs, clams, clam juice, lemon juice and Tabasco. Pour mixture into 1 1/2 quart greased baking dish. Fold in Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve with chips.
