Ingredients

1pkg Linguini

1 can chicken stock

2 cans chopped clams, drained

3-4 cloves garlic, crushed or finely chopped

Olive Oil

White wine to taste (1/4 cup)

salt and pepper

Preparation

Boil linguini until half done and drain.

Add chicken stock and wine to pot, bring up to simmer, allowing liquid to absorb.

In a separate pan, saute garlic in olive oil or butter, add clams at the end just to warm them.

Add clams and garlic mix to linguini, stir to mix, salt and pepper to taste.
