Ingredients

1 TBS extra virgin olive oil

4 cloves garlic

1/2 TBS basil

1/2 TBS parsley

1/2 TBS oregano

1 8oz can of clams

1 15oz can tomato sauce

1/4 cup sherry cooking wine

1 package whole wheat noodles

Preparation

  1. Open the can of clams and drain the clam juice into a glass. Set juice aside.

  2. Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, basil, parsley, and oregano.

  3. Add clams.

  4. Add tomato sauce and sherry cooking wine.

  5. Simmer the sauce while cooking the noodles.

  6. Add half of the clam juice to the sauce a few minutes before serving.
