Ingredients

1 lb kielbasa (smoked) cut into 1/2 inch pieces

2 ears corn each cut into 4 pieces

1 lb unshelled shrimp

3 1/2 lbs littleneck clams

2 Tbsp toasted coriander seeds

1 Tbsp toasted cumin seeds

1 Tbsp kosher salt

1 med onion thinly sliced

1 head garlic cloves thinly sliced

2 Fresno chilies thinly sliced into rings

1 bay leaf

1 lemon cut in thirds

1 bottle dry white wine

1 cup cilantro leaves

Preparation

In a large pot with a lid, add food in layers: sausage first, then clams, shrimp. Distribute rest except for wine and cilantro. Pour in wine and cover and cook til clams open–about 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro at end.
