Ingredients

50 small clams, scrubbed

2tbsp. EVOO

6 cloves garlic minced

1 cup white wine

2 tbsp butter

1/2 cup parsley

Preparation

Heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and saute about 1 minute. Pour in white wine and reduce by half. Add clams, cover and steam until clams start to open. Add butter, cover, and cook till clams fully open. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with pasta or bread
