Ingredients

1 head of cabbage, shredded

2 cucumbers, thinly sliced

1-2 onions, "

3 carrots, "

3/4 c. vinegar

3/4 c. sugar

1/2 c. oil

4 Tbs. water

4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mix the balance of the ingredients, and pour over the mixture. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator. Turn the container, occasionally, to guarantee that the vegetables are well coated.
