Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped

2 clove garlic, minced

1 15.5 oz can Goya Black Beans, undrained

3/4 cup water

1 tsp oregano

1 packet Sazon without Annatto

1 Tbsp. cider vinegar or white cooking wine

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Add onion, pepper and garlic; cook until tender about 8-10 minutes.

  3. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

Serve over hot white rice.
