Ingredients

1 lb. beef liver

4 lg. onions, chopped

3 TB oil

3 hard boiled eggs

Salt, to taste

Preparation

  1. Salt liver on both sides. Broil just until done.
  2. Saute onions in oil until translucent.
  3. Grind (using a food processor or food grinder) liver and onions with the oil and eggs. Add salt to taste.
