Ingredients
1/4 cup margarine
3 large eggs
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup flour
nutmeg
powdered sugar
Preparation
Place butter in a 2-3 quart pan and set in hot oven. While butter melts, quickly add and mix batter. Put eggs in blender and whirl on high speed one minute. While the blender is running, gradually pour in milk, slowly add flour. Remove pan from oven and pour batter into melted butter. Return to oven and bake until pancake is fluffy and well browned.
4-5 servings, use 1/2 cup butter, 4 eggs, 1 cup milk, 1 cup flour
5-6 servings 1/2 cup butter, 5 eggs, 1 1/4 cups milk, 1 1/4 cups flour
6-8 servings 1/2 cup butter, 6 eggs, 1 1/2 cups milk, 1 1/2 cups flour
