Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbl vinegar
1 & 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 cups cooked cubed, peeled potates (5-6 med)
11 cup celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 hard-boiled egg. chopped.
Preparation
combine first 5 ingredients. Sir in remaining ingredients, cover and refrigerate.
