Ingredients

1 can or jar of quartered artichoke hearts - drained

1 package of frozen organic spinach - thawed and drained

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded or grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup sour cream

1 tsp. black pepper

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. salt

1 package grated mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350. Mix all ingredients in an oven-safe bowl, saving some parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top. (I use a small dutch oven from Williams Sonoma.) Bake, covered, for 30 minutes, or until golden brown
