Ingredients

16 ounces tuna, drained

2/3 cup chopped scallions, with greens

2/3 cup chopped celery heart

2/3 cup light mayonnaise

2 teaspoon ground pepper

4 slices bread

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Mix tuna, scallions, celery, mayo, and pepper together well. Divide the tuna mixture evenly over the tops of the bread slices. Place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and broil just until the cheese bubbles and turns golden. Serves 4
