Ingredients

12 fresh jalapenos, seeded and diced in to 1/4"

3 pounds porke loin or tenderloin, cut into 1/2" cubes

6 large garlic cloves, crushed

1 cube beef bouillon

1/2 teaspoon cumin or to taste

1 bottle beer

3-inch strip of orange peel

1 teaspoon salt

Avocado slices and sour cream for garnish

Preparation

  1. Presoak the clay pot for 15 minutes.
  2. Mix all ingredients except garnish together in the pot.
  3. Place the pot in a cold oven and set the temperature at 450.
  4. Cook for 90 minutes.
  5. Serve in soup bowls with sliced avocado and sour cream.
